Rabbi Ulman

Rabbi Yehoram Ulman was born in the former USSR and was educated in Moriah College Sydney and the Yeshiva Gedolah in Melbourne. He continued his studies in the USA receiving smicha from the Central Lubavitcher Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim. Rabbi Ulman received Yoden Yoden from world renowned Poskim Rav Hirschprubg Z"L and Rav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg Shlit"a among others. Rabbi Ulman is the Rabbi of congregation Chabad of Bondi/F.R.E.E. in Sydney Australia, Head Shliach of the the Russian Community. Rabbi Ulman has particular expertise in halachically acceptable fertility treatments and oversees the Beth Din’s highly successful IVF programs. He is the Beth Din’s principle liaison with the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and in particular the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Amar and with Gedolei Yisrael in the Holy Land such as Rav Zalmen Nechemia Goldberg Shlit”a and Rav Ezra Batsri Shlit”a.
