The original tefillah goes like this: הריני מקשר עצמי לכל הצדיקים האמיתיים שבדורנו, ולכל הצדיקים האמיתיים שוכני עפר, קדושים אשר בארץ המה, ובפרט לרבנו הקדוש, נחל נובע מקור חכמה, רבנו נחמן בן פיגא, זכותם יגן עלינו ועל כל ישראל, אמן.
