When it comes to keeping the laws of the Torah, one must do everything possible to keep all the laws. A person is obligated to sacrifice all of their money rather than transgress a Torah prohibition. It follows that whatever it takes to be able to observe the Torah — whether moving into a religious neighborhood or spending a large amount of money to remain Torah‑observant — must be done. Although this may come at the expense of living a high life physically, it will mean living a high life spiritually. This is certainly a sacrifice, but there is no doubt that Hashem will reward him with great blessing. Nonetheless, one should seek guidance from a mentor at every step of the way.
