Shalom Aleichem Chevra, so glad you're here! What if the greatest secrets of Kabbalah were hidden inside a bedtime story — and that story was actually YOUR story? We're kicking off something really special here — the very first of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov's legendary stories, called the Story of the Lost Princess. Rebbe Nachman himself called these his 'sipurim mi'shanim kadmonim' — stories from ancient times — and he said something wild: after a lifetime of teaching Torah, he realized stories were the only thing that could truly wake people up and bring them home. That's what we're diving into together. We open with a teaching from the Kesher Tov, a great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, who lays out a breathtaking parable: a king sends his only son, the Ben Melik, far away from the palace so that when he returns, he'll truly appreciate what it means to live in the presence of the king. But something goes wrong. The prince doesn't just forget the palace — he forgets that he's even forgotten. That double forgetting, Chevra, is where we really live right now. We explore what it means that all our souls descend from beneath the Throne of Glory — from the highest place imaginable —
