Is a single breathwork session worth anything?

"Does breathwork have value after one session, or is it something that needs continuous sessions to be worth anything? Sorry if I'm asking ignorant questions I just never did this before" This is a question I just received from someone reaching out about doing breathwork for the first time. The short answer is, one session will almost invariably be very valuable on its own, although more sessions can add on top of that.
