Rav Nosson of Nemirov zal - Yahrzeit - 10th of Teves

Rav Nosson b'Rav Naftali Hertz Sternhartz zal (1780-1844) was Rebbe Nachman of Breslov's closest student. His yahrzeit on the 10th of Teves coincides with the traditional fast day commemorating the destruction of the first Beis HaMikdash in Yerushalayim. He was an accomplished Torah scholar from his youth and became the faithful, prolific compiler of Rebbe Nachman's teachings. Speaker: Rabbi Nasan Maimon.
