In parashat Ki Tavo we are told that one should bring their first fruit offerings "to the place to which HaShem your G-d, will choose to attach His Name." (Deut. 26:2) Historically, our sages teach us, this referred to the Tabernacle at Shiloh, and later, the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.
