On Tuesday, Chassidim the world over completed the study of Sefer Noshim, the fourth book of the Rambam. A virtual Siyum wase held by rambam.today. The Siyum featured Rabbi Yacov Barber of Crown Heights. Rabbi Barber is one of the few rabbis in chutz l’aretz who is recognized by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel to issue birur hayahadut v’ravakut – certificate of Jewish identity and/or singleness.
