He is the creator of the series of T.N.T. Talks - an acronym for “Torah aNd Technology”. He uses Torah wisdom and prophecies to make sense of the rapid advances in technology, and also uses modern technology to provide novel metaphors for the better understanding of subtle and difficult Torah concepts. Reb Ben David was born in South Africa and emigrated to Canada in the 1980’s, where he studied at Ohr Somayach Toronto under Rabbi Uziel Milevsky z’l . He has worked 25 years plus in electronics design and manufacture of digital computer hardware, and is a part-time inventor and science enthusiast. In 2021 he made aliyah to Israel. He received a BSc degree in Engineering and an MBA, from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. He has been active in developing and presenting talks combining Torah with technology and science for over 15 years, in South Africa and Canada and now in Jerusalem.
